- Manage social media campaigns, including paid advertisements, giveaways, and promotional events.
- Engage with our online community, addressing inquiries, comments, and feedback professionally and timely.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technology updates, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Conduct regular audits of social media channels and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management or digital marketing desired.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights.
- Strong understanding of brand management and the customer journey.
- Creative thinker with a strong visual and graphical sense.
